Owner of Kentucky Derby hopeful Lawyer Ron found dead (USA Today)

The owner of Kentucky Derby hopeful Lawyer Ron was found dead Tuesday morning at his home, authorities said. James T. Hines Jr., 69, was found in his indoor swimming pool, Daviess County Coroner Bob Howe said. Hines' housekeeper found him when she showed up for work Tuesday, Howe said.
